About Delphi
Delphi started her therapeutic career in 2002 in the field of bereavement helping people to cope with and understand their loss.
She focused particularly on helping those bereaved by murder and suicide which included supporting clients at inquest in the Coroner’s Court. She recognised the importance of helping her clients manage their stress during difficult periods of their lives.
She now encompasses stress management through professional coaching and training helping clients identify positive action whatever the challenges they face. Following Buddhist philosophy, Delphi explores the power of the Mind and encourages mindfulness and meditation as useful tools to help her clients lead a calmer, healthier, happier life as well as exploring the dreams and nightmares they may be having (at the client’s request).

Her name
Many people assume that Delphi is not her real name. It is. She was named after the Oracle at Delphi, a famous place in Greece known for its Oracle who, interestingly, also used to analyse people’s dreams.
